My favorite hotel in London. Its an oasis of comfort, luxury and calm in one of the busiest areas of London with great access to theatres, shops, restaurants, tourist sites and the City.
The gym, which is a bit on the small side for a hotel of this size would benefit from an investment in some more uptodate equipment. This is a very minor quibble.

Location for what we intended to do whilst in London was excellent. The Hotel is so lovely inside, and the outdoor dining area was a bonus. Although the surrounding streets were very busy, the dining area is in a courtyard away from the bustle.
